This is the 2nd "Payoff" part of a 15 second bookend pair of broadcast TV spots that was set up to air right at the end of a commercial break and play just before the local news station went back to their program. This part wraps up the idea that's presented in part one, where the audience has been chewing on the message for a couple minutes in between.
